At Christy Dawn, we want you to feel beautiful and comfortable in your pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. We believe in honoring the lifecycle of our garments and aim to make the return process as seamless as possible for our community.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit to find a new favorite, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then carefully pack your items in their original compostable packaging to minimize waste.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our team receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
